Below are the answers I've gathered from the Neopets game Cliffhanger. They are arranged below in order of increasing word length to help in guessing them. The word code works by giving the number of letters in each of the words of the answer. Below are a couple examples.

The sentence "I love playing Neopets" would have a word code of "01 04 07 07".

The sentence "Cliffhanger can raise the intellegence level of your active pet" would have a word code of "11 03 05 03 12 05 02 04 06 03".

Get the idea? (BTW: Both of the above sentences are true.) Also, keep in mind that it isn't possible for me to know every Cliffhanger answer, as the Neopets team continues adding more answers all the time. This is made to help, but may not have all the quotes you encounter. Use this at you own risk. (BTW: This is what I use to play Cliffhanger, myself, so it should be very helpful to you.) The quotes are organized by word length, from smallest to largest. The quotes are seperated into different tables based on the length of the first word, and then sorted in ascending word length within those tables. Counting the number of spaces in the first 4-5 words of your Cliffhanger Quote is usually sufficient to find the answer on the tables below. Note: A few answers have the same word code. These are donoted with a "(2x)" after the word code. If you have one of these, you will need to enter a few letters into Cliffhanger before you can find the answer. Just enter letters and observe where they appear so you can figure out which answer is correct.
